Lifetime Warranty & Certificate of Authenticity

1. Lifetime Warranty

At Nay Jewellers, we hold our jewelry to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, should your piece ever chip or break under ordinary circumstances, we will gladly repair or replace the item at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Simply return the damaged item along with the original sales receipt to our store, and we will process the repair or replacement for you. If a replacement is necessary, it will be made with a stone of similar size and quality.

Please note: Nay Jewellers Created Diamonds are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty.

2. Certificate of Authenticity

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

Trust, integrity, and value are at the heart of Nay Jewellers. That is why we extend a written commitment to our customers through a Certificate of Authenticity. Every purchase of a Nay Jewellers piece will come with its own certificate.

The certificate not only provides a formal document to present to insurance companies but also validates our product as a genuine Nay Jewellers piece. Each laminated certificate contains a picture and full description of the product.

The certificate provides the customer with a one-year manufacturer's warranty on the jewelry and a lifetime warranty on the center stone. We will gladly repair or replace your stone at no charge if it should ever chip or break under ordinary circumstances. If you are unsure whether your damaged jewelry is covered under our warranty, simply return it to the store where the item was purchased. Our team will expedite the item for immediate servicing, and if a replacement gem is needed, we will honor the original size and weight.

The Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Warranty are just another example of how Nay Jewellers has your best interest in mind.

Please note: The Certificate of Authenticity does not apply to loose gemstone purchases, and Nay Jewellers Created Diamonds are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty. The manufacturer's warranty excludes labor and expires one year from the purchase date; normal wear and tear damage is not covered.
