Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Purchasing Jewelry at Nay Jewellers

At Nay Jewellers, we take pride in offering a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. While we encourage visiting our physical locations to explore our exquisite jewelry collection, we also provide the convenience of online shopping for those unable to visit us.

Upon placing an order for your selected jewelry, you will receive an availability notification within 24 hours. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped promptly. All domestic orders are shipped via reliable courier services, ensuring your purchase reaches you swiftly and securely. Please note that all orders will be processed after payment confirmation.

To ensure your security, all orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to different addresses, and any fraudulent activity will be reported.

If the desired piece is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date or suggest similar items readily available. For items requiring resizing or adjustments, please allow approximately two weeks for processing. Should you choose not to accept the estimated delivery date, you can cancel or confirm your order before we proceed.

A standard shipping and insurance fee of ₹1,500 will be added to your total amount automatically. Residents of Maharashtra will incur applicable taxes based on regional tax rates.

All jewelry orders come with a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the integrity and quality of your purchase.

2. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Nay Jewellers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date. This policy covers all jewelry items purchased online. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

To initiate a return, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at +91 92233 11904 to obtain your RA number, which will expire one week after issuance. Any package sent without a valid RA number will be refused.

All Certificates of Authenticity issued with your purchase must be returned along with the jewelry.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 8-10 business days for the return and refund process to be completed.

Please note that special orders or custom-designed items are final sales and cannot be returned.
